George Kyrtatas a.k.a “ America’s Little Greek Chef” is one of the pioneers of Modern Greek Cuisine in the United States. Since publishing his Greek Cookbook in 2004, “My Big Fat Greek Feast”,  Greek Cuisine in the United States has been booming. Chef George Kyrtatas has been in the media’s light for years. He his noted for his food styling and photography, his simply easy to follow outstanding recipes, and his outgoing personality. George has been a guest on many national and international television programs such as; Flavors of Amercia, Fox and Friends, 10! , and Horizons to name a few and in countless magazines throughout the world. George also co-hosted a cutting edge radio show, “Bad Boys in the Kitchen.”
Chef George Kyrtatas can almost always be found at Hathaway’s Restaurant in Cinnaminson, NJ which has been in his family for the last 24 years. While at Hathaway’s, George is also currently working as a restaurant consultant for many restaurants and resorts, recipe developer and a food stylist.
